Josh Ball - Audi A3

We first met Josh when he was having a few car issues, from crashes to serious paint problems. But over the last year or so Josh has thoroughly redeemed himself with this outstanding Audi A3 build. We met up with Josh to find out a few details about his car. "My Audi A3 TDI - The car is pearl grey which is rarely seen on an A3 and is the original paint from 2004, I have just recently had the front end re sprayed due to stone chips and also had all the grills colour coded.’’

The wheels which were chosen by Josh with one thing in mind, "to be different" are 18" Rota RM200, originally bought in White and sent to Tiki Hydrographics to put their own little twist on things. When they came up with the idea of "the lady print" along with metal flake and pearl gloss finish, Josh knew he had made the right choice.

The Audi is sat on a full air ride suspension setup and is running air ride slam series with xl slams at the back accompanied by a 444cc Vivar compressor and two 2.5ltr tanks finished to perfection in candy pink paint with a purple under coat, with the system all controlled by v2 air management. The audio system also has its own little twist, as it all runs off of a standard head unit but has all inputs organised by a Bluetooth device that is connected to the Genesis GT1 Black Edition amplifier which in turn runs all speakers and subs. The subs are two 8" Focal Utopia be21 in a custom made Perspex faced box.

The interior has had a full light upgrade including puddle lights, reading lights and rear passenger lights. The headlights are ruining 100w blue dip beams and US style indicators which stay on when driving. Josh has had a full seat retrim by Pink Upholstery, he says with a big smile on his face "all the seats are standard but they’ve been re trimmed in white and black leather with pink Bentley style stitching"
